If you are comparing CBD creams, make sure to ask the seller how the cream penetrates the skin. You can either use the applicator or use your fingers. Just be sure to wash your hands after to avoid accidentally getting it in your eyes.

It can be applied 3-4 times a day but not on mucosal surfaces (mouth, eyes, etc.). It can be applied to joints and muscles.  

Any adult without a Lidocaine allergy.

For most people there are no side effects. Those who are allergic to Lidocaine may experience a rash in the application location. Also, if you do not wash your hands immediately after applying the product with your fingers you may experience a tingly sensation in your fingers. 

CBD and THC (what is responsible for the psychotropic effects) come from different sources (medium.com). CBD has thousands of years of documented pain relief but does not have the effects of THC (there is no “high”). CBD and hemp have been used for many products including pain relief, clothing, ropes, etc. Dr. Westerman's Rapid Relief cream contains no THC. CBD does not give a positive result on standard drug tests. With Congress’ passage of the farm bill, hemp is now considered an agricultural commodity. 

To initiate a return, email info@DrWestermansApothecary.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply to you within 2 business days with an RA #. Once you receive the RA#, please send the product back with a copy of the RA# (customer is responsible for return shipping charges) We recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification purposes. Note: We must receive your product within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.

We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, once all the products purchased are returned. Returning Dr. Westerman's products without complying with this policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable. After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and refunds are typically issued within 2 weeks.
